Sean has been writing stories since his elementary school days in Singapore. He wrote in the form of a hobby, school composition assignments or competitions where he had won awards for short stories. In 6th grade, he was solely selected by his school to compete in Australia's New South Wales International Short Story Competition. Although the film industry wasn't Sean's childhood ambition, his love for theater and storytelling plays a major influence on his venture into filmmaking in college.

Sean had directed commercials and currently in pre-producion for music videos, informercials, and educational DVD packages. He had been a part of projects by local film festivals in 2007 and 2008. He had also won 2nd prize at the 2008 DreamWorks Lo-Tech Cinema Trails.

Very approachable and enthusiastic at his work, nothing seems to be a big obstacle for Sean as he takes on anything with a naively optimistic "go-ahead attitude" that often brings success.
